About the role

The Vice President, Partnership Solutions — Healthcare will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new logo relationships with mid-market and enterprise Healthcare organizations. This individual will build the market, not just work a pipeline — combining proactive business development, strategic positioning, and executive relationship building to drive new client acquisition in a defined vertical.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt and close new logo business within the Healthcare vertical, with a consistent track record of landing 3+ new logos per year
  • Develop and execute a market development strategy targeting Healthcare payers, providers, PBMs, and health services organizations
  • Build deep, value-based relationships with C-suite and VP-level decision-makers across operations, clinical, member services, and procurement
  • Serve as a recognized thought leader in Healthcare outsourcing — leveraging domain expertise to shape client conversations around industry trends, regulatory dynamics, and operational challenges
  • Lead strategic sessions with prospective clients that go beyond capability presentations — providing consultative insight on how outsourcing solutions address real business problems in their environment
  • Manage the full sales cycle from identification and qualification through needs assessment, solution design, presentation, and contract negotiation
  • Collaborate with internal operations, solution design, and clinical SMEs to develop differentiated, vertical-specific proposals
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline with weekly forecasts against revenue targets, consistently meeting or exceeding annual new business goals
  • Represent ResultsCX at industry events, conferences, and forums to build brand visibility and market credibility within Healthcare

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise new business sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years selling outsourced services specifically within the Healthcare vertical (payer, provider, or health services)
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently closing 3+ new logo deals per year in high-value, complex sales environments
  • Deep domain expertise in Healthcare operations — including member/patient services, claims, clinical workflows, pharmacy, provider operations, and/or quality management
  • Working knowledge of the regulatory and compliance landscape in Healthcare (CMS, HIPAA, STARS/HEDIS, state and federal mandates)
  • Established executive network within the Healthcare payer and/or provider ecosystem
  • Experience selling into regulated industries is essential; Insurance experience is a strong plus
  • Ability to position yourself as a market SME and thought leader, not just a relationship manager — clients should view you as someone who understands their business at a strategic level
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a market from the ground up, not just inherit a book
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage, influence, and close at the C-suite level
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Willingness to travel a minimum of 50%
