Job Summary Provides technical, operational, and collateral‑tracking support for Mortgage Specialty Finance activities, including lending platform system conversions, financing transactions, and ongoing portfolio administration. Essential Functions, Duties And Responsibilities Strictly adheres to Bank Secrecy Act requirements and applies organizational policies and procedures in all activities.Provides operational and technical support for specialty mortgage finance transactions, including MSR financing, servicing advances, EBO and other structured mortgage finance products.Leads and supports the conversion and implementation of the specialty mortgage finance lending platform, including requirements gathering, process redesign, user acceptance testing, data migration validation, and post‑conversion maintenance.Partners with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure the lending platform supports collateral tracking, reporting, advance mechanics, funding workflows.Oversees collateral tracking, reporting, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery to internal stakeholders and external financing partners.Acts as an operational liaison between internal teams (Business Development, Credit, Treasury, Compliance, and IT) and external counterparties to facilitate efficient transaction execution and ongoing portfolio administration.Develops, documents, and maintains operational workflows, procedures, and controls to support scalable growth, platform functionality, and regulatory compliance.Identifies process gaps, system limitations, and operational risks and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, controls, automation, and data quality.Assists with audits, examinations, due diligence requests, and internal reviews related to specialty mortgage finance operations and systems. Required Knowledge, Skills And Competencies Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency.Thorough knowledge of banking policies, procedures, products and services.Able to effectively and persuasively express self, using language and grammar in a professional manner.Able to plan, schedule and organize professional schedule to achieve goals within or ahead of established time frames.Able to provide a high level of interactive service to others, building relationships and addressing identified needs.Demonstrates commitment to quality customer service and ability to meet or exceed service goals.Able to analyze and record detailed information.Able to research, analyze, identify viable options, draw sound conclusions, present findings and make thoughtful recommendations considering overall risk and short-term and long-term impact. Industry And Work Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mortgage Warehouse or MSR financing or equivalent position required.Banking compliance or risk management experience preferred. Academic Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education and related training or experience required.
