Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and assist a team of Lease Documentation Specialists while providing superior service to WAF’s internal and external customers, with a primary focus on Renewable Energy segmentation
- Ensure team remains in compliance with WAF’s Policies and Procedures and assist Management with special reporting and/or projects
- Act as a mentor to fellow team members
- Ensure Renewable Energy lease and loan agreements are processed efficiently and accurately, reviewing large transactions for regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with Business Development and credit to address any noted issues within transactions prior to funding by reviewing all documentation
- Monitor the exception report daily, address concerns, and assign team members to assist with workloads as needed
- Make recommendations and support the implementation of changes to workplace procedures
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, mentoring, and providing guidance in training, as well as coaching and developing subordinates and addressing performance issues
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in Renewable Energy documentation
- Prior Renewable Energy documentation experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Advanced Computer Skills

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $98,000 - $132,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
