About the role

The VP – Media Strategy leads the Syneos Health Integrated Media Team in developing and implementing omnichannel integrated pharmaceutical media campaigns. Key responsibilities include planning and communicating advanced omnichannel media strategies to clients, managing a growing global team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic media campaigns for clients in the pharma/healthcare space
• Present complex media topics to clients and internal stakeholders
• Manage and optimize omnichannel integrated media campaigns across TV (including CTV and Linear), digital, and other channels
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and campaign execution
• Lead the team in growth and development, fostering a positive and proactive culture of training and advancement

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience leading, executing, and planning strategic integrated media campaigns
• Experience in pharma or healthcare industry is valued
• Proven ability to manage a growing global team
• Excellent presentation and explanatory skills
• Flawless execution of complex campaigns
• Ability to travel as needed to support the business

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $180,000.
