• You understand search deeply, you have kept pace with how AI is reshaping the way people find and choose brands, and you know how to turn that into guests through the door.
• You are a real collaborator. You bring a strong point of view and you hold it with humility, because the best ideas come from working closely with creative, with CRM, and with the operators who run our stores.
• You lift the people around you, and you develop the team you inherit rather than working around them.

Salary Range

191,600 - 273,800
