VP, Marketplace Delivery Lead

As the Marketplace UX Sub-Domain Lead, you will create, shape, and own the digital vision and roadmap for Property and Casualty, Financial Lines, and Cyber products on Marketplace. You’ll prioritize agent experience and business value feature requests, align evolving business priorities to platform functionality, and lead successful squad feature delivery while managing stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead P&C, Financial Lines, and Cyber product owners to establish quarterly OKRs and successfully plan, estimate, and deliver work as committed for the sub-domain.
• Identify dependencies and risks, collaborating with counterparts to address them and ensure on-time delivery.
• Inspire the sub-domain to innovate and craft new ways of acquiring business to drive organizational growth.
• Ensure sub-domain work aligns with Chubb Small Business’s best practices for UI/UX design, functional documentation, technical feasibility reviews, test plan creation, and legal/stakeholder approvals prior to development.
• Incorporate agent feedback (from sales, help desk, FullStory) into platform enhancements.
• Partner with other sub-domains and domains to build capabilities and tools that improve the seamless digital customer experience.
• Manage the annual sub-domain budget for staffing and expenses, ensuring full resource utilization.
• Communicate the sub-domain roadmap, including delivery timelines and business value, across the organization.
• Investigate and stay current on competitor trends within the insurance industry.
• Advocate for the agent and leverage CX journey mapping processes throughout the sub-domain.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Platform Management, Project Management, and/or P&C Product Development.
• Sub-Domain Expertise: sufficient subject matter, enterprise, technical, and commercial knowledge to gain credibility across functions and business units.
• Ability to identify opportunities, generate business cases, and justify objectives.
• Track record of embracing change and successfully leading teams during significant transitions.
• Record of success in leading, coaching, and developing people, fostering an environment that leverages diverse perspectives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and interact positively across diverse groups and organizational levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make timely decisions on high-priority issues.
• Combine deep business and product knowledge with leadership and influencing skills to persuade stakeholders toward a vision.
• Adaptable, flexible, and decisive—able to adjust to changing priorities and demands.
• Effective negotiator and influencer, using facts and customer feedback to persuade stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree required.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $175,000 to $225,000, with the specific offer depending on skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program.
