Vice President- Product Delivery Lead

Job Responsibilities

Own and lead end-to-end UAT strategy and delivery across Card Pricing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and release timelines, while creating coverage and reducing cycle time.

Define and govern the UAT approach, test plans, execution strategy, including dependencies, risks, assumptions, and entry/exit criteria.

Oversee execution of complex pricing scenarios; ensure accurate results, evidence, and defect documentation.

Lead defect triage, prioritization, and resolution, partnering across Product, Technology, and Operations teams.

Reconcile results across test cycles, environments, and partner groups, driving resolution of discrepancies.

Manage and develop a team of UAT analysts, drive accountability and performance.

Act as primary escalation point and provide clear executive-level status reporting.

Identify and implement automation opportunities, including CI/CD integration and reusable frameworks.

Ensure adherence to governance, controls, and regulatory requirements (e.g., APR) and partner with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Risk, and Ops to remove blockers and ensure delivery.

Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and testing efficiency.

Leverage AI/GenAI tools to improve test design, execution, and reporting.

Required Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of experience in testing/UAT, including test strategy, planning, and execution
• Prior experience in people management or team leadership
• Strong experience with JIRA workflows and defect management, End-to-end testing lifecycle, Test management tools, SQL for data validation and analysis
• Experience with Agile software development methodology
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to prepare executive-level updates
• Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
• High initiative, ownership mindset, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Preferred Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities

• Experience in Card Pricing, financial services, or regulated environments
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration
• Familiarity with AI/GenAI-enabled testing tools
• Exposure to real-time systems and API-based architectures
