Product Delivery Manager - Vice President
Job Responsibilities
- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting
- Escalates opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Defines and executes the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for CIAM solutions that deliver customer and business value
- Leads product discovery, market research, and stakeholder engagement to identify customer needs and prioritize requirements
- Owns and manages the product backlog, ensuring alignment between development priorities, roadmap objectives, and customer outcomes
- Oversees end-to-end delivery of authentication and identity management solutions, ensuring security, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence
- Pairs with engineering, security, compliance, and business teams to deliver innovative identity and access management capabilities
- Ensures compliance with applicable security, privacy, and regulatory requirements while maintaining a strong risk and control environment
- Maintains and reports on key product metrics, including performance, adoption, cost, functionality, reliability, and risk posture
- Advocates for seamless and secure customer experiences while coordinating response efforts for authentication-related incidents and platform support activities
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
