VP Marketing Food & Nutrition

About the role

This role will drive performance marketing initiatives focused on efficient acquisition, testing, and measurable revenue contribution. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Food & Beverages environment.

Location: Chicago, IL - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $252,000 – $346,500 annually.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the P&L to meet regional KPIs and improve portfolio growth
• Develop and oversee a 3-year value creation roadmap and annual operating plans
• Lead integrated marketing strategies from insights to market execution
• Champion digital transformation initiatives in the Food CPG industry
• Engage and develop a high-performance marketing organization and culture

Qualifications

• MBA preferred; undergraduate degree required
• 15+ years of marketing and brand management experience in food brands
• Proven track record in portfolio and brand management
• Experience leading multifunctional teams and large scale projects
• Strong knowledge of omnichannel strategies including digital commerce
