This is an outstanding opportunity for a marketing executive who enjoys building high-performing organizations, influencing at the executive level, and shaping how creative and marketing work together to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead an established organization spanning Brand, Creative, Content Strategy, and Creative Operations.
- Develop the long-term vision for how creative supports business growth, customer acquisition, engagement, and brand differentiation.
- Partner with executive leadership to shape enterprise marketing strategy and elevate creative as a strategic business function.
- Connect brand strategy with integrated marketing across digital, lifecycle, paid media, web, field marketing, and communications.
- Guide senior leaders responsible for creative, content, brand, and operations while building alignment across the broader marketing organization.
- Lead organizational transformation, operating model improvements, workflow optimization, and AI-enabled marketing initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Product, Analytics, Technology, Communications, Finance, and executive stakeholders.
- Establish measurement frameworks that connect creative effectiveness to marketing and business performance.
- Oversee agency relationships, budgets, organizational planning, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Executive-level marketing leadership experience within a large, complex, highly matrixed organization.
- Career progression rooted in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or marketing strategy— not solely creative production or creative operations.
- Experience leading creative organizations while maintaining responsibility for broader marketing strategy and business outcomes.
- Strong executive presence with experience influencing senior leadership and presenting strategic recommendations.
- Demonstrated success leading organizational transformation, operating model design, and cross-functional change initiatives.
- Experience partnering across multiple business functions and influencing without direct authority.
- Proven ability to balance brand building with performance, customer experience, and commercial objectives.
- Experience leading sizeable teams through senior managers/directors in complex organizations.
- Comfort leveraging AI and modern marketing technology to improve team effectiveness and scalability.
