VP-Marketing & Communications

For our client, we are seeking a VP-Marketing & Communications to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space. This executive will shape the organization’s marketing and communications strategy, strengthening brand reputation while supporting business growth. The role will lead integrated efforts across brand, messaging, and channel planning to ensure a consistent and compelling market presence. It will also partner closely with Sales and other stakeholders to align communications, customer engagement, and growth initiatives. Location: Memphis, TN - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $200,850 – $396,006 annually Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies to drive business growth Provide leadership across marketing, brand, and communications functions Plan and evaluate marketing programs across various channels Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities Collaborate with Sales to align marketing efforts with customer engagement strategies Oversee brand strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms Lead internal and external communications to maintain a strong company narrative Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management 7+ years in management roles with a focus on strategy execution Proven track record in developing integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand reputation Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and customer insights Benefits Health, vision, and dental insurance 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer contributions Tuition reimbursement for continued education Paid parental leave and bereavement leave Employee discounts and vacation time based on service Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
