VP, Marketing & Communications

Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide impact initiatives and assume direct team management and accountability
- Champion partnerships with senior and business leaders
- Oversee the development and implementation of strategic marketing communications plans and campaigns
- Create awareness, generate interest, and demand for EVERSANA’s services in the industry
- Influence EVERSANA’s development and communication of value propositions that differentiate our business in the industry
- Affect brand compliance across the enterprise
- Work with service line and commercial leaders to develop and communicate value propositions that differentiate our business in the industry
- Set annual team goals, drive results, and report insights to optimize marketing plans and strategies
- Align priorities with the priorities of the CMO and CRO
- Support the marketing budget development
- Develop a pipeline of excellent talent to fill future business needs
- Plan, organize, and coordinate various projects, programs, and services
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in marketing, communication, or a related field
- Minimum 12-15 years of marketing experience, preferably in a service industry, particularly health and/or pharma
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems, Office 365, Co-pilot, or similar tools
- Proficiency in MS Project or other project management tools
- Ability to build relationships with key internal customers, including executive leadership
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Knowledge of O365, SharePoint intranet platforms, marketing automation, social networks, and video production
- Strong ability to plan, manage, and execute marketing plans for diverse audiences
- Excellent proofreading and communication skills
