VP, Investor Relations - US

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and execute the Investor Relations strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead and enhance Investor Relations activities to boost reputation with investors
• Advise the CEO, CFO, and Executive Leadership Team on market intelligence and investor insights
• Maintain relationships with institutional investors while managing external communications
• Oversee quarterly earnings communications and preparation for investor calls and conferences
• Monitor market data, analyst coverage, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate across departments to ensure compliance and consistent messaging with investors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a public-facing role within public companies or investment firms, focused on Investor Relations or capital markets
• At least 5 years of leadership experience developing strategy and collaborating with executive teams
• Prominent track record of managing relationships with institutional investors and financial analysts
• Experience leading communications for quarterly earnings and investor engagements
• In-depth knowledge of SEC disclosure requirements and corporate governance practices
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong presentation capabilities

$150,000 – $200,000 annually
