Responsibilities

Lead the firm’s internal communications strategy to ensure timely, clear, and consistent messaging across the organization.

Advise senior leaders on internal communications for firmwide announcements and partner closely with Human Resources to support the firm’s employee engagement, talent acquisition and philanthropic objectives.

Own and oversee content strategy, governance, and editorial standards for the new corporate intranet.

Drive increased engagement and usability across internal channels through modern content, design, and digital best practices.

Support communications around sensitive issues and reputational matters in close coordination with internal partners.

Manage measurement and analysis of the firm's internal communications activities.

Provide support to broader corporate initiatives as part of high performing integrated communications and marketing function.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred).
  • 5-10 years of experience in corporate communications, with a focus on internal communications, ideally within financial services or capital markets.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to distill complex topics clearly and quickly.
  • Demonstrated expertise in internal digital platforms.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and work with stakeholders at all levels across an organization, including senior leadership.
  • Entrepreneurial with robust project management to multi-task and be flexible in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Pay

Salary range: $130,000 - $160,000 + annual discretionary bonus
