Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR and talent strategies aligned with business goals
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on organizational effectiveness and workforce strategy
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing HR and Talent Acquisition teams
- Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
- Provide subject matter expertise for HR due diligence during mergers and acquisitions
- Champion company values and ensure a positive employee experience across the organization
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and identify people-related risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior-level leadership
- Proven experience leading both HR and Talent Acquisition functions
- Demonstrated experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, including HR due diligence and integration
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategy to financial and operational goals
Pay
- $110,000 – $130,000 annually

- Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
