VP, GTM Programs and Sales Enablement
About the Role
The VP GTM Programs and Sales Enablement will lead a global team driving Sales Enablement initiatives and designing and executing strategic GTM programs across Celonis. This role is critical in empowering our sales organization to achieve excellence through best-in-class methodologies, technology enablement, and coordinated go-to-market execution. You will have deep visibility into the pre-sales, post-sales, and partner ecosystem sales functions, working collaboratively with regional leadership and cross-functional teams. The role reports into the SVP of Revenue Strategy and Operations and will be part of the Global Operations leadership team.
This role owns the design, strategy, and execution of sales enablement and GTM programs that drive productivity and effectiveness across Celonis' selling organization. You will set the vision for how we equip our teams with methodologies, tools, and support to execute at scale globally. You will define the enablement strategy, oversee the design and rollout of sales methodologies, manage the GTM tech stack, and drive cross-functional programs that improve pipeline generation, close rates, and customer value delivery. As we scale, you will shape the evolution of enablement practices to meet the needs of a rapidly growing, geographically distributed organization.
Responsibilities
- Set and communicate the enablement strategy, establishing clear priorities and success metrics aligned with business objectives
- Design, build and roll out sales methodologies and frameworks that equip teams with repeatable, scalable approaches to driving pipeline and closing business
- Help optimize the GTM technology stack strategy, ensuring tools and systems drive enablement adoption and team productivity; identify and implement solutions that support sales execution
- Design and execute strategic GTM programs including account targeting frameworks, engagement strategies, customer marketing integration and cross-functional launch initiatives
- Establish and maintain comprehensive enablement roadmaps that balance global standardization with regional customization for maximum impact
- Define key metrics, KPIs and measurement frameworks that track enablement effectiveness and program impact on business outcomes
- Build strategic partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product and other functions to deliver integrated enablement and GTM initiatives
- Develop and coach a high-performing team of enablement and program professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
- Regularly engage with regional sales leadership to gather feedback, ensure alignment, and continuously iterate on enablement offerings to drive GTM productivity
- Communicate enablement value and impact to senior leadership, building business case for strategic initiatives and resource investments
Qualifications
- Significant experience in Sales Enablement, GTM Operations, or related functions in SaaS and/or AI-oriented tech companies
- Proven track record designing and rolling out sales methodologies and frameworks that drive measurable improvements in sales effectiveness
- Deep expertise in sales enablement best practices, including methodology design, skill building, content development and adoption strategies
- Strong knowledge of enterprise SaaS selling models, sales processes and the critical success factors that drive pipeline and revenue
- Experience evaluating, implementing and optimizing sales technology solutions and marketing automation platforms to drive team productivity
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about scalable, global enablement approaches while adapting to regional and customer needs
- Excellent stakeholder management and partnership skills; ability to influence across functions and at all organizational levels
- Execution-focused mindset with ability to move quickly from strategy to implementation while maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Proven ability to build, develop and scale high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Comfortable operating in a global environment with ability to manage complexity, ambiguity and change
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate strategy into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences
