VP, GTM Enablement

For our client, a leader in the Business Services space, we are seeking a VP of GTM Enablement to support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. This role collaborates with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes, strengthening market execution and customer relationships.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Develop the GTM enablement function, including strategy and operating models
• Create role-based enablement programs for customer-facing teams
• Establish a repeatable sales process and improvement framework
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to develop field-ready programs
• Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation and enablement workflows
• Scale the GTM Enablement team through effective hiring and development
• Build a central repository for all messaging and enablement assets

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in GTM enablement, revenue enablement, or related function
• Proven track record in building or transforming an enablement function in a complex B2B environment
• Strong grasp of the full customer lifecycle from demand creation to value realization
• Ability to structure programs and define processes for distributed teams
• Experience in leveraging AI tools for enablement and productivity improvements
• Skills in translating complex product value into clear messaging and training materials
• Strong executive communication and influence abilities

Pay

$220,000 – $240,000 annually
