About the role
- Develop and execute global strategic growth initiatives for key partner relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing campaigns that align with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate new partner opportunities and develop strategies to enhance market presence
- Manage and mentor a team of partners to achieve shared goals
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of global strategic plans for key partner relationships
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align partner strategies with broader business goals
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to foster long-term collaboration
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role within a marketing or sales environment
- Proven track record of driving growth and success in partner relationships
- Experience managing and leading a team of partners
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and its application in B2B environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
