Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to CFO and executive team on growth and investment decisions
- Collaborate with executives to create a strategic roadmap with clear growth targets and KPIs
- Lead the development of long-range plans that translate strategies into financial objectives
- Deliver performance insights and recommendations to the CEO, CFO, and Board
- Manage the Annual Operating Plan and rolling forecasts across regions and functions
- Transform planning models for enhanced accuracy and faster decision-making
- Develop SaaS-specific operating models and KPI dashboards
Qualifications
- 15+ years in FP&A or strategic finance, ideally in a scaling SaaS environment
- In-depth knowledge of SaaS metrics, operating models, and value drivers
- Strong analytical, modeling, and executive communication capabilities
- Experience in building and scaling global finance teams
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or similar advanced credential is preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to travel as needed
