VP, FP&A

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the operating model including capacity, expenses, and financial forecasting
• Report timely financial updates to the executive team and board
• Lead monthly forecasting processes and prepare insights for management reviews
• Drive accountability through the annual budgeting process
• Support cross-functional teams with financial planning and strategic analysis
• Develop long-term financial models to align with strategic objectives
• Implement and optimize financial planning processes and systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA, CFA or CPA preferred
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, with leadership experience
• SaaS industry experience at scale, with emphasis on Private Equity
• Prominent track record of producing predictive financial models
• Experience in project management for financial reporting systems
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data for strategic insights
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse audiences
