Responsibilities
- Own and manage the operating model including capacity, expenses, and financial forecasting
- Report timely financial updates to the executive team and board
- Lead monthly forecasting processes and prepare insights for management reviews
- Drive accountability through the annual budgeting process
- Support cross-functional teams with financial planning and strategic analysis
- Develop long-term financial models to align with strategic objectives
- Implement and optimize financial planning processes and systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA, CFA or CPA preferred
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, with leadership experience
- SaaS industry experience at scale, with emphasis on Private Equity
- Prominent track record of producing predictive financial models
- Experience in project management for financial reporting systems
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data for strategic insights
- Excellent communication skills to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse audiences
