About the role

Inspiring financial guidance and building lasting relationships are key aspects of this role. You'll provide wealth management and financial planning advice to clients, fostering a collaborative environment where clients feel supported and informed.

Responsibilities

• Procure existing Schwab clients for practice growth
• Grow your practice through client asset consolidation, networking, and client referrals
• Provide financial guidance and advice tailored to individual client needs
• Adapt to changing market conditions and business environments
• Engage in community activities to enhance client understanding and satisfaction
• Develop and maintain a strong, trusting relationship with clients

Requirements

• A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license
• The ability to obtain or acquire FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance during your tenure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for financial planning and client engagement
• Desire to continuously develop professional skills and contribute to the firm's mission

• Experience in managing wealth across various areas such as retirement, education, investment, banking, lending, insurance, and estate planning
• Ability to implement changes as market and business conditions evolve
• Passion for community engagement and sharing financial insights
