VP - Finance/Controller

Who you are:

• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership across accounting and FP&A
• Background in manufacturing or operationally complex environments
• Proven ability to build, improve, and scale financial processes and controls
• Hands-on, adaptable leader with a strong business partnering mindset

What you’ll do:

• Own the full finance function, including accounting, FP&A, and cash management
• Lead financial reporting, close processes, and compliance activities
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the business
• Partner with executive leadership on strategy, planning, and operational decisions

What does this position pay:

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education. The expected range for this role is $220,000–$250,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
