Responsibilities
- Support Group Leader in developing clear business plans and forecasts
- Lead finance business partners to deliver proactive stakeholder service
- Drive process enhancements via AI adoption across units
- Provide strategic financial insights impacting the business
- Enhance return on invested capital and working capital
- Oversee quarterly financial reviews and ensure accountability for action points
- Implement and govern financial compliance and risk management processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years in a similar accounting/controlling role with leadership experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in multi-P&L environments
- Strong communication skills for diverse teams
- Familiar with AI tools for finance functions
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
Pay
$150,000 – $200,000 annually
