VP - Finance

About the role

As a member of the Finance and Accounting team, the VP, Finance will be primarily responsible for overseeing the Finance team and all aspects of the Finance function.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the finance team
• Automation of tasks for the department
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

• 15+ years of finance experience
• Strong attention to detail along with problem identification, analytical and resolution skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivator with the ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments to meet deadlines
• Ability to adopt a flexible, hands‑on approach in relation to the strategic direction of the company
• Able to handle pressure
• Has positive attitude and can coach and lead the team
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
