VP Finance & Accounting

Our client is seeking a hands-on finance leader to oversee accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, treasury, tax, audit, and internal controls while helping scale a growing organization. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership while remaining actively involved in day-to-day finance operations, process improvements, and systems optimization. Key Responsibilities Lead financial close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management activities.Oversee accounting operations, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls.Develop scalable financial processes and improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.Partner with leadership to deliver financial insights and support strategic decision-making.Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team of approximately five professionals.Collaborate with operational and technology teams to improve financial systems, data integrity, and business performance. Qualifications 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.CPA strongly preferred.Experience leading accounting, reporting, audit, tax, and FP&A functions.Background in high-volume or operationally complex environments.Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.Prior experience in private equity-backed, investor-backed, or high-growth organizations is a plus. Compensation: $230,000-260,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
