Responsibilities
- Define and execute a global sales enablement vision aligned with business objectives
- Accelerate new hire productivity and enhance overall sales effectiveness
- Improve pipeline quality and increase deal size while expanding customer share
- Translate business strategy into actionable priorities in partnership with executives
- Act as a thought leader on modern selling techniques like value-based selling
- Ensure alignment and impact across Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and HR
- Lead and develop a high-performance global enablement organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Sales, Sales Enablement, Partner Enablement, or Go-To-Market in SaaS or technology sectors
- Experience operating at a global enterprise scale
- Proven record leading transformational initiatives like product launches or business model changes
- Ability to influence C-level executives and align them with enablement strategies
- Track record of building impactful strategic programs that drive measurable outcomes
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
