Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a global sales enablement vision aligned with business objectives
  • Accelerate new hire productivity and enhance overall sales effectiveness
  • Improve pipeline quality and increase deal size while expanding customer share
  • Translate business strategy into actionable priorities in partnership with executives
  • Act as a thought leader on modern selling techniques like value-based selling
  • Ensure alignment and impact across Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and HR
  • Lead and develop a high-performance global enablement organization

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in Sales, Sales Enablement, Partner Enablement, or Go-To-Market in SaaS or technology sectors
  • Experience operating at a global enterprise scale
  • Proven record leading transformational initiatives like product launches or business model changes
  • Ability to influence C-level executives and align them with enablement strategies
  • Track record of building impactful strategic programs that drive measurable outcomes
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments

Pay

$213,200 – $375,000 annually
