VP, Data & Insights
For our client, a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space, we are seeking a VP of Data & Insights to join their team. This role focuses on the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery, partnering with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution in a mission-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
About the role
You will lead work to establish and execute the enterprise data strategy for AI readiness, drive modernization of the data platform stack, and implement the enterprise semantic layer and governance model. The role involves designing trusted AI data products, setting standards for quality and accessibility, and leading global teams to promote data-driven decision making.

Qualifications
- 15+ years in analytics, business intelligence, or data insights roles
- 7+ years leading high-performing analytics or insights teams
- Experience with data governance, quality, and AI readiness
- Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms like Snowflake and Azure
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders in a matrixed organization

Pay
$149,500 – $275,500 annually
