Core Responsibilities
- Creative Direction & Leadership - You will be the architect of the creative standard, pushing the boundaries of what is possible while knowing exactly when a concept needs more refinement.
- Strategic Client Partnership - Working in tandem with executive producers and account leads, you will ensure that every creative output is rooted in the client's core brand strategy.
- Forward-Thinking Innovation - You possess an innate curiosity regarding the future of the industry. Tools like generative AI, real-time rendering, and digital studio environments aren't just trends to you—they are essential instruments you use to push the agency’s capabilities forward.
- Growth & Business Development - You thrive on the challenge of a "blue-sky" brief. You will be a key contributor to high-stakes pitches, crafting the narratives and visual concepts that help the agency win new business and strengthen its market presence.
Experience & Skills
- 8-12 years of progressive creative experience, specifically within experiential marketing, live events, or traditional advertising.
- Several years of experience operating at the Creative Director level or above.
- A diverse portfolio showcasing high-level conceptual thinking, environmental design, and the ability to tell stories across multiple touchpoints.
- Exceptional presentation skills, with a proven ability to "sell" bold ideas to executive-level client teams.
- A low-ego, high-impact mindset—you are focused on the quality of the work and the success of the collective team.
- Ability to navigate fast-moving, complex environments involving numerous internal and external stakeholders.
