About You

We are seeking a VP, Creative to lead high-impact brand experiences that captivate audiences and drive measurable results. If you are a creative visionary who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and engineering, this role might be perfect for you. You should be comfortable pushing ideas from concept through execution across experiential, live events, and integrated marketing campaigns.

• Creative Leadership & Vision: Set the creative standard, push the work to be better, and build a team around your work.

• Client-Facing Creative Partnership: Work closely with account directors and executive producers to ensure creative vision and brand strategy are fully aligned. Present ideas confidently and bring clients into the creative process.

• Innovation & Industry Awareness: Stay curious about emerging technologies and their application in live and digital experiences.

• Business Development Support: Concept ideas, shape narratives, and help the agency show up at its best during pitches and new business efforts.

• Quality & Craft: Hold the bar high, sweat the details, and bring a sensibility to every project you touch.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in creative roles within experiential, events, or advertising, with at least a few years at the creative director level.

• A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking, experiential design, and integrated storytelling.

• Proven ability to present and sell ideas to senior clients and internal stakeholders.

• A collaborative, low-ego working style that makes the work better and the people around you better.

• A genuine curiosity about emerging technologies and their application in live and digital experiences.

Compensation Range

$150,000 - $225,000
