VP - Commercial / Ag Lender
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Agricultural and Commercial lending relationships.
- Grow an existing portfolio while generating new business opportunities.
- Meet with business owners and agricultural producers to understand their financing needs.
- Structure, underwrite, and present commercial and agricultural loan requests.
- Perform your own credit analysis and financial underwriting.
- Maintain strong relationships through exceptional customer service and community involvement.
- Ensure lending activities comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in Agricultural and Commercial lending within a community bank.
- Ability to independently analyze financial statements and complete credit underwriting.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of commercial loan structure, documentation, and the closing process.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the local market is strongly preferred.
