VP - Client Solutions
About the role
The Vice President of Client Solutions leads Stark Tech's enterprise Client Solutions organization and is responsible for driving growth in complex, integrated construction projects. This executive leads geographically assigned Client Solutions and Energy Solutions sales professionals while personally leading strategic pursuits as a player/coach. The role partners with branch leadership to expand existing customer relationships, develop national accounts, and establish repeatable enterprise sales processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead geographically assigned Client Solutions and Energy Solutions sales professionals.
- Personally lead strategic pursuits as a player/coach.
- Partner with branch leadership to expand existing customer relationships and develop national accounts.
- Establish repeatable enterprise sales processes.
- Develop enterprise sales strategies and manage national or enterprise accounts.
- Lead complex customer pursuits and build executive-level customer relationships.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, and/or other industry-related field experience required; MBA preferred.
- Fifteen (15) years of progressive sales leadership experience, including executive leadership responsibility.
- Demonstrated success leading solution-based sales organizations supporting complex construction, building technologies, or related industries.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, sales forecasting, and pipeline management systems preferred.
- Strong understanding of solution-based selling within commercial construction, integrated building technologies, HVAC, controls, energy services, electrical systems, or related industries.
- Experience supporting Commercial Real Estate, Property Management, Commercial Construction, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Manufacturing, Industrial, Healthcare, Higher Education, Government, or other MUSH market segments preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise sales strategy, contract negotiations, business development, and executive relationship management.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
- Valid driver’s license.
Pay
The expected pay range for this position is $123,792–$165,056 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Individual compensation is determined based on experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
