About the role
The VP Client Partner – Commercial Banking will accelerate growth within strategic banking accounts, focusing on relationships with Commercial Banking leaders at large U.S. banks.
Responsibilities
- Establish and expand relationships with Commercial Banking leaders at large U.S. banks.
- Identify opportunities across Commercial Banking, Commercial Lending, Treasury Management, Credit Risk, and Operations.
- Leverage deep industry expertise and executive relationships to drive incremental revenue growth.
- Work closely with account teams, solution leaders, and delivery teams to position EXL's Data, Analytics, AI, and Operations capabilities.
- Focus on executive engagement, opportunity creation, account expansion, and long-term client partnership development.
Requirements
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial banking executives.
- Deep understanding of commercial banking products and services.
- Experience in driving revenue growth through consultative selling and account management.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in commercial banking or related field.
- Experience in managing and growing high-value accounts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
Base salary range: $210k to $240K plus annual bonus target and RSU eligibility.
Schedule
Remote (travel to EXL offices and Client sites in NYC).
