Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Commercial Banking growth strategies within existing banking accounts.
- Build relationships with senior Commercial Banking executives and business leaders.
- Identify opportunities across Commercial Lending, Treasury Management, Credit Risk, and Banking Operations.
- Partner with account and solution teams to drive account expansion and increase wallet share.
- Shape client conversations around Data, Analytics, AI, and Operational Transformation.
- Support executive presentations, business development initiatives, and strategic account planning.
- Represent the organization at industry events and executive forums.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Based in the New York metropolitan area.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Commercial Banking, Banking Consulting, Financial Services Consulting, or Banking Technology/Services.
- Deep expertise in Commercial Banking.
- Strong understanding of: Commercial Lending, Treasury Management, Credit Risk, and Banking Operations.
- Proven experience expanding business within existing accounts and opening new buying centers.
- Strong relationships with Commercial Banking executives at large U.S. banks.
- Experience selling or influencing senior business stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Data, Analytics, AI, and technology-led transformation initiatives.
Pay
Pay range and compensation package: Base Salary range: $210k to $240K plus annual bonus target and RSU eligibility.
