Opportunity
Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership, delivering digital transformation and technology-driven solutions that enable innovation, efficiency, and growth across retail, corporate, and digital banking domains.
Lead and expand key client relationships in the Banking and Financial Services segment.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve business objectives.
Drive revenue growth through IT services, consulting, and transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with delivery and solution teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Provide insights on industry trends such as digital banking, open finance, cloud modernization, and compliance.
Manage and grow strategic banking client portfolios.
Drive AI-based initiatives in lending, fraud detection, and customer analytics.
Deliver digital solutions using cloud, data, and machine learning.
Support compliance and risk functions through AI-powered insights.
Partner with CXOs to define AI transformation roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Technology; MBA preferred.
- At least 12 years of experience in Banking / BFSI IT services or consulting.
- Proven track record in strategic account management and business development.
- Deep understanding of banking operations, digital transformation, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay & Benefits
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Remote/USA
Compensation Range: $150,000 to $225,000/annual base + commission plan

- Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
