VP Change Agent - US Banks Performance Reporting

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the change and transformation agenda across U.S. Banks Performance Reporting, with focus on automation, simplification, and scalability.
  • Collaborate across Bank and Firm Finance, and Technology to modernize data sourcing, reporting infrastructure, and analytical workflows.
  • Champion automation of reporting production, variance analysis, and reconciliations, reducing manual effort and operational risk.
  • Develop and implement standardized yet flexible management reporting frameworks.
  • Enhance graphic and visual reporting capabilities, including dashboards, executive summaries, and thematic deep dives tailored to senior management.
  • Support delivery of high-quality management reporting and analysis for senior leadership, including balance sheet, P&L, and key bank metrics.
  • Establish and strengthen governance, controls, and documentation supporting management reporting processes and change initiatives.
  • Identify recurring issues and inefficiencies; drive root-cause remediation and sustainable process improvements.
  • Act as a change agent and influencer, promoting agile ways of working and continuous improvement across the U.S. Banks Finance organization.
  • Provide coaching and oversight to junior team members involved in reporting transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in bank regulatory reporting, capital reporting, or financial analysis.
  • Strong understanding of bank regulatory capital frameworks and reporting requirements.
  • Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles.

Skills

  • Experience with data modelling and investigation with the ability to identify issues, develop and implement practical solutions.
  • Ability to understand and evaluate processes and key controls.
  • Experienced in implementing change effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and regulatory data.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior management.
  • Self-directed leader with a strong work ethic, collaborative mindset, and ability to mentor junior team members.
  • Experience with process automation, using Alteryx, Axiom, TM1, AI or any other technologies.
