About the role

The VP, Category Management for Professional Services, Market Data and Corporate Facilities will assist with enterprise-wide management of strategic activities related to Category Management in relevant spend categories. He/she will lead and assist in procurement processes using a consultative procurement model focused on Strategic Sourcing and Category Management.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Sourcing Management strategy and goals for Professional Services, Market Data and Corporate Facilities Categories align with SSG and Company objectives
  • Embed a formal, fact-based procurement process in all company Professional Services, Market Data and Corporate Facilities procurement activities to leverage purchasing power
  • Facilitate SSG processes across the company on behalf of end users
  • Develop and embed Category Management strategies for select commodities
  • Manage Supplier Diversity Program
  • Manage customer and supplier relationships during planning and sourcing phases
  • Build a culture that attracts, rewards, and promotes quality strategic sourcing professionals
  • Maintain and monitor team performance against established goals

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of Leadership experience in Strategic Sourcing and Category Management
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred
  • Strong experience in procurement business process re-engineering
  • Experience sourcing Professional Services spend categories, including Legal, Contingent Labor, HR Services, Financial Services, and IT Professional Services
  • Experience sourcing Market Data spend category
  • Experience sourcing Corporate Facilities spend category
  • Experience building and executing against category strategies
  • Prior experience with M&A integration environment
  • Significant experience with and exposure to Procure-to-Pay process
  • Leadership experience with ability to assume a project lead role and drive project strategies, supplier negotiations, and procurement programs
  • Leadership skills, ability to build robust partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, and demonstrated analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence positive outcomes
  • Ability to multitask effectively, prioritize responsibilities appropriately, and complete work in a timely manner
  • Previous consulting experience

Pay

The salary range for this position is between $175,000.00 - $205,000.00 USD. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education. Bonus Eligibility: Bonus Eligible
