About the role

Establish and lead the Transformation Office as the central hub for evaluating, coordinating, and managing key transformation initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to assess transformation opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and align resources for maximum impact.
  • Develop and maintain frameworks, governance structures, and reporting mechanisms to drive accountability and ensure execution of transformation goals.
  • Lead Portfolio Tracking for Strategic Initiatives: Stand up and run a light-but-rigorous PMO for the Top 10: objectives/OKRs, milestones, dependencies, RAID. Create an executive dashboard that provides an accurate, exception-based view of health, risks, and decisions.
  • Institutionalize governance (cadence, templates, change control) that clarifies accountabilities while enabling speed.
  • Drive cross-functional execution with Finance, GTM, R&D, and People leaders to unblock issues and land outcomes.
  • Manage Red Team Review Cycles: Establish and operationalize the internal Red Team review process for critical projects, ensuring a rigorous, objective evaluation of strategic initiatives. Ensure selected projects are properly reviewed with clear objectives and evaluation criteria. Document next steps, decisions, and lessons learned from each review, and ensure systematic follow-up on all recommended actions.
  • Drive continuous learning by sharing insights and best practices across teams, embedding a culture of accountability and improvement.
  • Run the Business Management System (BMS) operating rhythm: Own the annual and quarterly executive BMS calendar and run-of-show for multi-day, standard meetings (e.g., M1/M2/M3). Drive agenda development with the CEO/ELT; lock agendas by deadlines and publish pre-reads. Standardize meeting materials (templates, executive narratives, KPIs) and enforce a single source of truth. Coordinate participants and presenters; manage day-of execution (facilitation, timekeeping, decision capture). Publish decisions, notes, and actions within 24–48 hours; maintain an enterprise action log and drive closure.
  • Craft CEO-quality narratives that synthesize signals into insights and decisions. Operationalize the one source of truth with BI/analytics partners so ELT reviews consistent metrics. Develop standard templates and frameworks and ensure consistent usage.
  • Leverage Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint/Excel/Power BI).

    Requirements

    • 18+ years in business operations, chief-of-staff, consulting, strategy/ops, or enterprise PMO roles, including 8+ years supporting C-suite leaders.
    • Program/portfolio management expertise across complex, cross-functional initiatives; fluent with OKRs, RAID, dashboards.
    • Experience establishing or leading a Transformation Office and driving enterprise-wide change initiatives.
    • Strong track record managing Red Team reviews, implementing process rigor, and ensuring follow-up on learnings.
    • Outstanding attention to detail, time management, and meeting deadlines.
    • Strong command of Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI), SharePoint/Teams, and collaboration workflows.
    • Nice-to-have: PMP/PgMP, Prosci/Change Management, OKR certification.

    • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, or related field.
