VP Business Transformation

For our client, we are seeking a VP Business Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead enterprise transformation efforts that support growth, improve execution, and strengthen operational performance across the business. The VP will partner closely with senior leaders and technology teams to identify high-impact opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and turn strategy into measurable results. A strong focus will be placed on process redesign, data-driven decision-making, and change management in a complex B2B environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $175,000 – $240,000 annually Responsibilities Lead transformation initiatives to achieve business unit growth objectives Collaborate with leaders to identify high-impact initiatives aligned with organizational priorities Design and execute transformation programs through cross-functional team coordination Oversee process redesign focused on data-driven thinking and technology enablement Facilitate the deployment of innovative solutions through prioritization and collaboration with technology leaders Analyze and diagnose complex business problems using data-driven insights Implement change management strategies to drive stakeholder engagement and cultural alignment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field preferred 10 years of experience in business transformation, including management roles with substantial business impact Experience in management consulting or enterprise transformation, specifically in B2B environments required Highly preferred experience in the financial services sector, including insurance or banking Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgPgM, CBTP, or Six Sigma Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401k plan with company matching Paid time off (PTO) policy Disability and life insurance Employee assistance programs Flexible spending or health savings accounts Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
