About the role

This role sits at the heart of how CORSAIR looks, sounds, and shows up globally. You'll own brand design, set the standards that business units and regional teams follow, and make sure marketing teams across the world are equipped to understand and apply the brand correctly. Part of the job is creative, part of it is operational. You'll set the visual direction and build the infrastructure to make it stick, from global guidelines to the Corsair Experience Stores.

Responsibilities

  • Corsair Experience Store strategy: the retail vision, new store rollouts, and ensuring every location sets the standard for how the brand lives in physical space.
  • Brand design: owning the visual identity and design language across CORSAIR.
  • Brand standards and governance: the guidelines, toolkits, and frameworks that global marketing teams actually use.
  • Mentoring and enabling marketing teams worldwide to correctly interpret and apply the brand at every touchpoint.
  • Cross-brand audience marketing: partnering with Elgato, SCUF, Fanatec, and Origin PC on shared campaigns and initiatives that reach broader audiences under the CORSAIR umbrella.
  • Integrated campaign execution across owned retail and digital, ensuring the brand speaks with one voice.
  • PR and brand communications: governance, process, and measurement for consistent global visibility.
  • Cross-functional partnership with Channel Marketing, GTM, Sales, Web, Operations, and BU leadership to keep brand execution aligned with commercial objectives and go-to-market plans.
  • Building a high-performing team with the talent and culture to deliver at this scale.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with 15+ years in global brand management, brand design, or owned retail leadership, with a track record of building internationally consistent brands. Experience owning retail environments and expansion strategies is a must. You should have a strong grasp of brand governance and communications infrastructure across global markets. A commercially minded perspective with a clear understanding of how brand equity connects to business outcomes is essential. Comfortable working across a multi-brand portfolio and influencing teams across regions and functions is also required. An executive presence and the ability to build trust at every level of the organization are key.

Qualifications

The qualifications for this role include a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience, and a proven track record of success in brand management or related fields. Proficiency in brand design, retail strategy, and cross-functional collaboration is necessary. Experience in managing multiple brands and driving brand consistency across different markets is highly valued.

You should be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and channel partners. Excellent project management and organizational skills are also important.

Benefits

For roles based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA, the starting base pay for this position is $240,000—$285,000 USD. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs, and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range.

Schedule

The schedule for this role is full-time. Employees typically work Monday through Friday, with standard hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Remote work is not available for this position.
