VP, Branch Leader - Annapolis, MD
About the role
The purpose of your role is to drive business opportunities by building a strong sales and service team that will embrace the company brand and cultivate revenue while ensuring high levels of customer happiness. You will educate the local market, drive national initiatives, and grow local business through in-branch customer meetings, informative seminars, lead utilization, and client appreciation.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead strategies to develop associates and their business
- Develop sales capabilities through dedicated mentoring and coaching
- Coordinate and support cross-company partnerships and regional corporate relationships
- Lead and manage the branch infrastructure, including lobby and operational technology, back office processing, and quality assurance processes
Requirements
- At least five years in financial sales role
- Three or more years of management within a financial services environment is helpful
- Active Series 9/10, 7 and 66 licenses

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $96,000-$210,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
Schedule
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
