VP, Branch Business Manager, Consumer Banking Group

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to customers
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase customer acquisition, and enhance customer satisfaction
• Manage and lead a team of branch personnel, including tellers, customer service representatives, and other staff, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and performing at their best
• Collaborate with the regional and central teams to identify and capitalize on market opportunities, and implement initiatives to improve the branch's performance
• Avoid non-compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Participate actively in community engagement activities to build brand awareness and strengthen the bank's presence in the local market

Requirements

• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing a branch or retail banking operation, with a focus on driving business growth and customer satisfaction
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Familiarity with relevant banking regulations and compliance requirements
