Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision for improving digital workplace experiences
• Operate ATX as a product organization with clear accountability
• Lead engineering and operational functions to align with enterprise priorities
• Integrate AI-native tools into ATX's operations for enhanced productivity
• Oversee transformation initiatives to modernize the associate technology ecosystem
• Manage customer satisfaction through structured feedback mechanisms
• Govern technology standards and experiences tailored to diverse workforce needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 15+ years of technology leadership experience in enterprise-scale digital workplace environments
• 10+ years of managing large matrixed organizations
• Experience in defining workforce persona-based digital workplace strategies
• Proven financial management skills with over $100M budget ownership
• Experience in embedding AI and automation into core operations
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-level influence skills

Pay

$150,000 – $200,000 annually
