About the role
The Customer Service Associate position at Savers / Value Village is designed to create an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure their satisfaction.
- Handle returns and exchanges efficiently according to store policies.
- Manage inventory and maintain cleanliness in the store.
- Communicate effectively with donors to facilitate donations and answer questions.
- Support other team members and foster a positive work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Qualifications
