Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with corporate objectives
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities in new markets and partnerships
- Translate strategies into operational and financial plans
- Oversee full P&L management, focusing on revenue and cost management
- Achieve annual operating plan targets and long-term financial goals
- Monitor financial and operational metrics for performance accountability
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to optimize processes and enhance customer delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- 15+ years of experience in product management, business strategy, or similar roles
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functionally within a commercial environment
- Proven track record of managing P&L and driving business growth
- Experience in developing high-performing teams and talent management
- Effective executive communication and stakeholder influence skills
