What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency, service, and financial performance
- Coach and develop leaders and frontline teams
- Drive accountability and create a strong, performance-focused culture
- Improve order fulfillment, logistics, and overall workflow
- Build, track, and act on KPIs to drive measurable results
- Identify gaps, solve problems, and implement process improvements
- Partner across departments to align operations with company goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in warehouse/distribution operations
- 4+ years in a leadership role
- Proven success improving performance in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with KPIs and operational data
- Proficiency in Excel and operational systems
Work Environment
- Mix of office and warehouse setting
- Active role with regular time on the floor
- Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
