About the role
iSpot is transforming the way brands, agencies, and publishers measure and optimize TV advertising. We are the industry's leading cross-platform TV measurement company, helping over 450 blue-chip advertisers understand what was seen, who saw it, what impact it had, and how campaigns can be optimized in real time to improve business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Build a New Strategic Function
- Establish and lead iSpot's Agency Partnerships function from the ground up.
- Create scalable programs that increase agency awareness, education, and utilization of iSpot solutions.
- Build the roadmap for expanding the function as adoption and agency partnerships grow.
- Evangelize iSpot's Measurement Leadership
- Serve as iSpot's executive ambassador to holding companies, independent agencies, and agency leadership.
- Represent iSpot at industry events, client meetings, executive briefings, and thought leadership opportunities.
- Become the trusted measurement and optimization expert for agency partners.
- Drive Platform Adoption
- Increase agency-driven usage of iSpot's Brand Measurement products across existing and prospective advertisers.
- Identify opportunities to embed iSpot into agency planning, buying, optimization, and reporting workflows.
- Develop partnership models that encourage broader adoption across agency networks and client portfolios.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to accelerate product utilization and long-term growth.
- Influence Product Strategy
- Serve as the voice of agencies within iSpot.
- Provide market feedback that shapes product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure agency needs are reflected in future innovation.
- Help develop agency-focused messaging, enablement, and commercial offerings.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working with agencies within the TV measurement, advertising technology, programmatic media, audience measurement, or media analytics ecosystem.
- Deep relationships with agency holding companies, independent agencies, and media investment leaders.
- Strong understanding of modern media buying, audience measurement, attribution, and optimization.
- Experience helping agencies adopt new technology platforms and measurement methodologies.
- Demonstrated success building strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and product adoption.
- Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Exceptional executive presence and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building new programs, teams, or functions.
- Passion for transforming how advertising effectiveness is measured and optimized.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in television, streaming, digital video, programmatic advertising, DSPs, or advertising technology.
- Familiarity with outcome-based measurement, incrementality, attribution, or media mix measurement.
- Experience bringing emerging advertising technologies to market through agency partnerships.
- Existing relationships across major agency holding companies and independent agency groups.
Benefits
Target base cash compensation range: $207,000-300,000 USD Annually. We are committed to providing competitive, market-informed compensation. The cash compensation above includes base salary, variable commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full time iSpotters are eligible to participate in iSpot’s equity plan to receive stock options. Non-exempt roles will also be eligible for (pre-approved) overtime pay.
Individual compensation packages are influenced by different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Hybrid & Flexible Workplace Policy
iSpot supports a hybrid and flexible workplace. Depending on location and work responsibilities, employees may be designated as full-time or part-time office-based or a fully remote employee. A hybrid work schedule indicates that you work in the office some days and work from home other days. The best hybrid workplaces allow for flexibility while also encouraging consistency. Those local or living in surrounding areas to one of our offices (Bellevue, WA or New York, NY) will work a hybrid schedule, coming into their local office 1-3 days a week. While those in a role, not office-based and located further away from our offices, will work a fully remote schedule.
