Responsibilities
- Lead the expansion of the LAB eN2 BRIDGE alliance in the US
- Serve as the company’s collaboration lead at top-tier universities
- Identify and evaluate therapeutic projects from academic partners
- Shape development plans alongside scientific teams
- Facilitate project onboarding and licensing with TTOs
- Drive daily collaboration and alignment with partners
- Provide insights into academic alliances and US market trends
Qualifications
- PhD or MD degree required
- 12+ years experience in research or drug discovery
- Proven track record in discovering first-in-class therapeutics in metabolic diseases
- Familiarity with academic institutions and technology transfer offices
- Knowledge of drug discovery processes and risk mitigation
- Strong communication and presentation skills
