About the role
ENGin matches English-fluent volunteers from around the world with Ukrainian conversation partners for weekly online conversation practice. Volunteers share their culture and perspectives while helping their partner become more confident speaking English. In just one hour a week, you can help a fellow teen build confidence, practice English, and connect across cultures — all while building your own communication skills, gaining cross-cultural experience, and getting your volunteer hours upon request. We'll pair you with a Ukrainian teen close in age for weekly one-hour video chats at a time that works for your schedule. You'll help your partner practice conversational English, share what life is like where you're from, and build a genuine friendship through cultural exchange.

Requirements
- Be over the age of 13
- English fluency
