About the Role
GLIDING STARS is seeking 15 volunteers to assist special needs individuals during on-ice instruction. Volunteers will be matched with participants and provide support on the ice. Some on-ice experience is necessary, and a short training session will be provided. Skates will be supplied. Additionally, advisory board members are needed for fundraising projects, Annual Ice Show organization, and other tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist special needs individuals during on-ice instruction
- Participate in advisory board roles for fundraising and event organization
Requirements
- Some on-ice experience
- Attend orientation

Training
Training provided prior to on-ice time.
Schedule
Weekends (Saturdays - Sundays, evenings) from August 9, 2026, to December 13, 2026.
