Volunteer Engagement Co-ordinator
Home-Start Norfolk is an independent local charity with a vision to ensure every parent has the support they need to give their children the best start in life. We believe we can transform communities through investing in early childhood and empower parents to develop the knowledge, skills, and resilience to enable their children to thrive.
About the role
Home-Start Norfolk is seeking a passionate and proactive Volunteer Engagement Co-ordinator to lead the recruitment, engagement, and retention of volunteers who provide vital support to families across Norfolk. You will ensure Home-Start Norfolk attracts, trains, and retains skilled, committed, and motivated volunteers to meet increasing service demand.
